I’m proud to hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the esteemed University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue, which I completed back in 2011. When I first stepped into the world of computer science, I was filled with excitement and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. However, I soon realized that the path I had chosen wouldn’t come without its fair share of hurdles. During my initial year, I faced unexpected challenges, specifically when it came to mastering programming languages like Java and C++. But you know what they say: with every challenge comes an opportunity to grow. Those early struggles only fueled my determination to become proficient in these languages and motivated me to push through and expand my skills.

Shortly after completing my studies, I landed a job as a Data Entry Specialist at a private company. For nearly nine years, I had the privilege of working in this role, which involved a range of tasks. One of my key responsibilities was photographing products, followed by editing the images to remove the background. I would then upload these images into the company’s database and encode the necessary information. It was an exciting and fulfilling experience that allowed me to contribute to the company’s operations in a meaningful way.

I absolutely loved my time working there. Our bosses were incredibly supportive and genuinely cared about our growth. They treated us like family, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. The office itself had a wonderful atmosphere, making it a warm and inviting place to work. It was truly a joy to be a part of such a fantastic team.

However, in 2019, I decided to put my career on hold in order to devote my full attention to my children. It was a difficult decision for me to make because I had developed strong ties with my coworkers.

Besides being a dedicated and hands-on mother, I’ve been pursuing my passion for graphic design as a freelance designer, working with clients from the US. Recently, I decided to expand my skill set and embarked on training to become a General Virtual Assistant. It was during this training that I was introduced to the fascinating world of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I found the concept incredibly intriguing, so I delved into in-depth training to grasp the ins and outs of SEO practices. To further enhance my knowledge and practical experience, I had the opportunity to intern at PinoySEO.ph. This valuable experience allowed me to gain even more insights and effectively rank my own website. I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made and the valuable skills I’ve acquired on this journey.
